How to build strength and control for standing and walking

For standing and walking, we need strong muscles that move our joints (hips, knees, ankles) as well as muscles that can control the big movement in joints and also muscles that help to hold things stable whilst other parts of our body move. It’s a complex and beautiful system that little ones are constantly refining and improving as they move and play!
